Collot Guerard is exactly what you might expect an unimpressive, government attorney would be. She has spent most of her career as an FTC attorney and is ready to retire. It seems she has never had a significant case during her career with the FTC. However, she wanted to make one last effort to make a name for herself before she retires, and is willing to do it at all cost. However, there simply isn't the evidence she needs to make the case she wants, so she has resorted to fraud and deceit in an attempt to try the case in the media instead of relying on good old fashioned facts.

When  caught in her own lies, she immediately goes into protective mode and clams up, as evidenced in these emails. This is an email string with Collot when Jeremy Johnson was trying to get a copy of the conversation he was forced to have with her while incarcerated in the Davis County Jail.

Collot also has distain for those of the Mormon faith.  During a deposition with Jeremy Johnson, she asked what percentage of people living in St. George are of the Mormon faith.  Jeremy replied that about 60-70% are Mormons. Collot then said that she was a “real Christian” and that the church she goes to has people who used to be members of the Mormon church, but are now also “real Christians."

We plan to release more information about the bad  faith acts of Collot Guerard over the next few weeks.  We would like to speak with anyone who attends church with Collot, and would like any information about the former Mormons who now belong to her congregation.
